Tonight six of seven members of Erie City Council voted the will of the people by supporting an on-the-record Public Hearing about PennDOT’s $100 million dollar plan to help double waterfront traffic. Be sure to thank Ms. Allen, Mr. Brennan, Mr. Brzezinski, Mr. Keys, Mr. Winarski and Ms. Schaaf. Only Mr. Witherspoon voted against a Public Hearing.
